Working at TOSS^® has exposed me to a higher standard of solutions engineering. The solutions TOSS^® implements are more granular and precise than I have seen at any enterprise organization I have worked at. In addition, they have furnished me with the skills to understand technology more in depth which has allowed me to grow substantially as an engineer. Looking back at my work at other firms, I now recognize how far behind they are in regard to technology, how little I actually knew, and how much more there is to learn.

I started at TOSS^® in September of 2007 after leaving a terrific job I had as a tech support coordinator for a very distinguished financial company in Boston. I have never looked back! My experiences here at TOSS^® have been nothing short of spectacular. I have met and worked with some of the finest engineers, clients and colleagues I have ever had the privilege to meet, know, work with and develop friendships with. The organization as a whole works unbelievably as a team so the client gets what they need and want, when they need it and want it.

The management tier here at TOSS^® runs the business as a family style atmosphere making everyone on our team feel like we are one. No one is bashful when it comes to taking on extra work, working nights or weekends or doing that "one little thing" that makes the difference in the life of our clients, as they are our business and what we are here for.

In my annual review, I asked the President/CEO if I could be treated as an athlete and sign a long-term deal with him. I even suggested I would take a home-town discount. I would like to finish my career here in Framingham working as a Solutions Support Engineer for the TOSS^® family. I want to continue to learn about my position here and how-to better serve my clients on a daily basis. There has been lots of training, and lots of teaching by the engineers of each other so we are all on the same page and giving the clients the best possible experiences they can have with minimal down time.
