State Senate Chairman Michael Morrissey Seeks to Amend Mass. 201 CMR 17 Regulation
Senator Morrissey has presented a Bill (SB 173) to the Senate and at a public hearing in May proposing revisions to the regulation. The Bill provides revisions to specific encryption requirements and the jurisdiction of the law beyond state borders.
